I'm a creative and charismatic yogi whose journey into movement began with ballet at age 3, igniting a lifelong passion for meaningful physical expression. Transitioning from teaching ballet to specializing in Exceptional Student Education, I found solace and balance in yoga after high school, drawn to its transformative power amidst battling anxiety and self-doubt. Now, I share this passion with individuals of all ages and abilities, emphasizing emotional awareness and inclusivity as essential components of holistic well-being.

After immersing myself in yoga for 8 months, I experienced profound personal growth, leading me to pursue teacher training. Fueled by a desire to nurture holistic well-being in children and individuals of all levels, I shifted my focus to yoga, aiming to impart essential skills like emotional awareness and breathwork into others’ lives. With unwavering passion, I share yoga's transformative potential with everyone, believing it transcends mere postures and is accessible to all, regardless of age or flexibility level.

  • Yes! Every class is sculpted with the intention to stretch all leveled yogiz from those who are new to the practice to those who seek a restorative and intentional flow. A reminder that yoga is not about flexibility or strength, it is the union of the mind, body, and spirit.

  • Primarily Hatha, but flows also incorporate elements of Vinyasa and Yin yoga.

  • Comfortable clothing, your own mat, water, and if you would like a little more support - some blocks!
